Art Hobba is an educator and author of 5 books, and the Founder and Chairman of Core 300.

Art’s career uniquely spans the two worlds of business advisory, and pastoral leadership. As time allows he serves his clients at  Transcende, a Leadership, Organizational Development, and Executive Coaching firm. He acquired both inspiration and salty wisdom…and his resulting humorous and self effacing communication style, through over forty-five years as an oft “stumbling forward” follower of Jesus.  In the 80’s and early 90’s, Art was the Lead Pastor of two churches.

In 2007, the moral failure of the Senior Pastor of the church he attended caused a crisis that reignited his passion for Christian men to get “out of the stands and into the arena.” Hundreds of men stepped up at the church, which ultimately led him to write the story with a built-in manual on invisible spiritual warfare in Called to War, followed by the three year men’s discipleship curriculum  The Warrior, The Priest and The King. In early 2014 he completed Level 6 Leadership a values based curriculum for commercial organizations seeking excellence in Leadership Development, yet securly built upon biblical values and principles

In 2009 with Steve Abarta, Art founded Core 300, a 501c3 non-profit organization. Today Core 300 continues to expand to churches in over 30 states and 10 countries, and has been translated into Spanish. Art enjoys diving and spearfishing, and lives in Westlake Village, California, with his wife Sharon. They have 5 grown sons together.

Art is available to speak at business and leadership conferences and conventions, as well as churches, men’s retreats, and conferences. He can be contacted by emailing our office or by calling 818.324.5720.
